Add a New Customer

How to manually add a new customer.

Adding a new customer is simple, all you need is an email address, their first name and their last name.

Check the “Active” button, and they will be sent an email asking them to complete the onboarding process.  This process sets a password for them, has them fill out their address information, and choose if they want to get notifications about their pulls.

On the new customer form, you can also choose to fill out all of the information yourself, set their default discount rate, and even add notes to their account.
