Final Order Cutoff - Diamond

How to create a final order cutoff upload file for Diamond Comics Distributors

Final Order Cutoff reports will let you upload a file from your distributor, adjust your numbers, and upload your data to Diamond.

IMPORTANT, before using the Final Order Cutoff, make sure your distribution settings are set up properly.

Diamond does not have final FOC files ready until noon on Friday, check to ensure you have the final file before you upload to Manage Comics.

Step 1: Download your FOC Weekly CSV file from Diamond.

Go to the Diamond Retailer Portal, log in with your user details, and click Orders > FOC Weekly.

Click the “Download Order” button on the upper right hand side (next to the drop down menu).

Download this CSV report and save it somewhere you will be able to find it again.

Step 2: Log in to Manage Comics, Click on Reporting > FOC Weekly

Click Choose File, and select the FOC.csv file from your computer that you saved in Step 1.

Step 3: Your FOC details will populate on the page, and you’ll be able to sort, search, and update your quantities. The links in the Description column go through to the distributor pages for the individual comics.

Sorting the FOC

You can also sort by any of the top rows, including vendor, adjustment date, and expected date.

You do not need to save between each screen, save at the end of your session.

Sort by Vendors FOC

Searching will let you look for a specific title, or even search by a date, price, or vendor.

Search the FOC

When you’re done adjusting all of your quantities, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save” or “Save and Download”.

Save FOC File

Save will save the current results so that if you want to return to it later you will have your updates.

When you’re done, you can Save & Download, and then upload the file to Diamond.
