Comics data used to be a simple thing, there was one primary distributor, they managed all of the data, we took it in, gave it a small massage, and could use it for all of our various things that we may possibly want to use it for.

In 2020 everything changed. Lunar came on board as one of two distributors for DC Comics, since then we’ve had increasingly more complicated challenges, from figuring out how to merge different distributor information together, to knowing which data is correct and which is wrong, to creating common ways of doing things.
