About Manage Comics Oryx

Oryx is a subscription system built for comic shops that run on traditional POS systems or without a POS at all. It replaces manual pull list tracking, spreadsheets, and legacy tools with a single system that keeps subscriber orders organized, automates FOC workflows, and makes weekly operations more predictable. It works alongside systems like RMH and Lightspeed, or on its own for shops that simply need a reliable pull list system without changing how the rest of the store runs. The result is a simpler, more dependable way to manage subscriptions without the usual workarounds.

How Does Oryx Work?

Not everyone wants to use Shopify, we recognize that you may have a different platform you want to use, maybe you prefer Lightspeed, maybe you want to use Retail Management Hero, maybe you’re coming from ComicSuite, maybe you used to use Diamond’s Pullbox system.

That’s where Oryx comes in.  It speaks to different platforms, and can provide you with the data you need to create orders with distributors, check in your invoices to get products into your POS, and manage your customers pull lists and special orders…all from one easy to use interface.

Manage Comics Oryx
All Customers in Oryx

Manage Comics Oryx is a standalone subscription management system that lets comic shops easily manage customer pull lists across multiple distributors — including Diamond, Lunar, Penguin Random House, and Universal (with Philbo and ICV2 support coming soon).

With Oryx, you can confidently check in weekly shipments, allocate reserved products to customers, place accurate orders with your distributors, and send automated pull list and FOC reminders. Best of all, Oryx’s powerful customer-facing tools let your subscribers manage their own pulls — saving you time and helping you make more money.

What does Oryx Work With?

Manage Comics Oryx works with Retail Management Hero (RMH) as a replacement for Comic Suite, we also work with Lightspeed X, and we're looking at other integrations.  We want to be the rosetta stone of comics!
